MEDITATIONS

HOW TO MEDITATE

  • Sit (or lay) comfortably with your eyes closed.  Be sure to set yourself up for success. Use blocks or cushions as necessary.  
  • Relax your physical body as much as you possibly can.  Keep your face and jaw relaxed.
  • Once you press play, gently close your eyes and stay focussed on the sound of my voice.
