MEDITATIONS
HOW TO MEDITATE
- Sit (or lay) comfortably with your eyes closed. Be sure to set yourself up for success. Use blocks or cushions as necessary.
- Relax your physical body as much as you possibly can. Keep your face and jaw relaxed.
- Once you press play, gently close your eyes and stay focussed on the sound of my voice.
